Safe2Heal Everyday – Ten Practices

SE1) Meditate for a minimum of 20 minutes.

SE2) Forgive yourself and other people.

SE3) One Thing to Approach each day.

SE4) One Thing to Avoid each day.

SE5) Pause for 30 seconds (30for3) to take in 3 deep slow breathes at least once a day.

SE6) Drink at least 80 ounces of water every day.

SE7) Breathe fresh air or exercise for 15 minutes or more.

SE8) Get enough sleep.

SE9) Try keeping a journal if that calls to you.

SE10) Record your progress.

Do these 10 things every day over and over again and you will feel better!!

Our biggest challenge is just doing the practice. Even though modern science reports without any doubt this practice will calm your nervous system, improve the health of your brain, increase resilience and reduce anxiety – our minds always seem to generate reasons not to practice.

Please just try doing it.

Finding and expanding the space between and underneath your thoughts is a wonderful reward. To more fully embody your own life right here right now. And when you miss a practice or a day,  just smile, forgive yourself and begin again.

Healing experiences wholeness. At Safe2Heal we practice every day together online.  We sit quietly meditating and then share mindfully about it. Learning happy – together!

Meditating activates the part of our nervous system that rests and digests.  Like the sky watching clouds pass along – we experience ourselves as the space between thoughts and strong emotions.
